The Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover is Extang’s second iteration of its ever-popular solid fold tonneau, featuring an upgraded construction, exceptional durability, and a stylish appearance.
Construction begins with Extang’s premium one-inch thick EnduraShield polymer panels, featuring strength similar to aluminum without the risk of denting or abrading. The panels are UV-resistant and feature a sleek, textured, matte-black finish. A heavy-duty aluminum frame supports the panels, allowing the cover to carry a combined weight of 600 lbs. when evenly distributed.
Weather resistance is another key feature of the Solid Fold 2.0, featuring snap-on perimeter seals and hard polymer corner and hinge seals to keep dirt and moisture out of the bed.
When transporting oversized cargo, the Solid Fold 2.0 can be folded toward the bulkhead and secured in the fully-open position with the included straps, providing ⅔ bed access. And if complete removal is required, the Extang cover can be removed in seconds using the patented jaw-grip front clamps; no tools are necessary!
