Important Note: The carrier-bearing drop kit is necessary for models equipped with two-piece rear drive shaft. 6.4L gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft. 5.7L gas models may require exhaust modification as well. . The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modifications to be made before reinstalling the driveshaft.
